I offer a sliding scale from £50-£70/hour.

Please choose the price point that is right for your income level.

I mostly work in person.

I believe meeting face to face is important to wellbeing and is a muscle that needs flexing in our ever increasing digitalised and isolated society.

I do work on zoom for one-off sessions or temporary situations.

Sessions last for 50 minutes, and are at the same time and place each week. Therapy is consistent.

Short term work requires a commitment of 12 weeks, and you and I will work in a more goal directed way.

Long term work is open ended, and can last months or years.
